We beg to acknowledge your letter of yesterday, and in further reply to yours of the 23rd instant, we regret that we are unable to concur in your expressed wish that we should forthwith close up the gate way which was erected by our Principals some 20 years ago, or that they should abandon the right of using the public road by which their Lot is bounded.
